Thank you for playing Baa Band ("the Game", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed Baa Band to collect as little data as possible.
Baa Band does not require registration or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identity information to play the Game.
Your game progress — such as your farm, buildings, band setups, crops, coins, level stars, and settings — is saved locally on your device only. We do not upload, access, or store this data on any server. Uninstalling the Game deletes this local data.
The "Build Code" and "Band Code" features encode only your in-game creations (building layouts and band arrangements) into text that you may choose to share with friends. These codes contain no personal information, and sharing them is entirely under your control (for example via your own messaging apps).
The Game may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob). To deliver and measure ads, these partners may automatically collect certain information from your device, which can include:
This collection is performed by the advertising partners under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your personal information from these partners. For details, please see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from AdMob.
Your choices: On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization at any time in Settings → Google → Ads.
Baa Band is a family-friendly game, but it is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where ads are shown, we request that our advertising partners serve non-personalized, family-appropriate ads where required by law (including COPPA and GDPR-K). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will assist promptly.
Because your game data stays on your device, you are in full control of it. We retain no copies. Any data collected by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies.
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since we do not collect personal data ourselves: to delete local game data, simply uninstall the Game; for data handled by advertising partners, please use the controls described in Section 4 or contact the partner directly. You may also contact us for help with any request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, when advertising features go live). Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
