Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with this website (the "Site") is Galaxioid OÜ, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Estonia. Contact: contact@galaxioid.net. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Estonian law.
2. What data we collect
This Site is a static website. It does not contain account registration, login, payment, or form-submission features. We collect personal data only in the following limited situations:

3. Cookies and tracking
This Site does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's servers in order to retrieve the font files. You can block such requests in your browser if you prefer; the Site will fall back to a system font.
4. Sharing of personal data
We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf, such as our website hosting and email providers, under appropriate data-processing terms;
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law or a binding order;
- Professional advisers (e.g. legal or accounting), where necessary and subject to confidentiality.
5. International transfers

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter as required by Estonian accounting and limitation rules (generally up to 7 years for records connected to business transactions). Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for short, security-driven periods.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- request rectification of inaccurate data or erasure of data;
- request restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format (data portability), where applicable;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) — or with the authority in your country of residence.

8. Children
This Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this Site. Age ratings and any child-specific protections for individual games are handled within those products.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, taking into account the limited nature of the data we process.
